• You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
• The contribution is made from your own personal funds, not from corporate or prohibited sources.
• You have not exceeded applicable contribution limits.

All contributions are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credit card information is used solely to process the transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of the Monty Fritts for Governor campaign or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

6. SMS / Text Message Terms & Disclosure

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and text messages (including autodialed and automated messages) from Monty Fritts for Governor.

Types of messages you can expect to receive:

• Campaign updates and news
• Event invitations and reminders
• Volunteer opportunities
• Fundraising appeals
• Election reminders and get-out-the-vote messages
• Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 8 messages per month, but this can be higher during peak campaign periods (e.g., close to Election Day).

• Text STOP to any message you receive to unsubscribe and stop receiving future text messages. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
