Pray4TN is a statewide prayer movement launched in 2024 that unites all 95 Tennessee counties in a month-long season of prayer, fasting, and repentance every July. It began with House Joint Resolution HJR 803—authored by Rep. Monty Fritts, carried by Mark Pody in the Senate—calling for those spiritually inclined and physically able to fast and pray seeking Jesus' healing hand on our State.

In 2025, the initiative was made annual by HJR 0051, with 59 legislative co-sponsors, urging “physically able and spiritually inclined” Tennesseans to come together in humility before God through prayer and fasting.
